Chest: With arms at your sides, measure around your upper body under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeve: With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back, directly below the neck, across the shoulders and elbow down to the wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length.
Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

I only wished I new how small this ran before unsuccessfully trying both a medium (my standard size) and a large. Sadly I needed a XL but didn’t have time to order it before my golf trip to Scotland. I think it would have been a perfect layer for the windy and cold days.
United StatesThis is the most fabulous sweater ever! Not only does the full lining add the wind protection� It also makes slipping it on over other longsleeve shirts a smooth process. The double zipper works perfectly!!! Unfortunately, somehow the sweater ended up making a hot wash cycle with some towels�which it might have survived� But the drying cycle... also on hot�means it will have to find a new wearer and I will be ordering another one right this minute!!!
