We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are processed within one business day (Monday to Friday), starting when the order is placed. Shipping expectations begin after the order is processed.
Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will ship the same business day (Monday-Friday). Please be aware that express delivery is business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Express delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Bobby Jones only ships to the United States at this time. We're currently working on a solution to offer shipping to Canada.
CANADIAN RETURNS

U.S. RETURNS
Bobby Jones wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Bobby Jones reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.
Items purchased anywhere except bobbyjones.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Bobby Jones has partnered with Redo to provide a free return label if you opted into the free returns plan at checkout. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a pre-paid label through our returns center.
Please note: Customers who remove the free returns & shipping protection package from their cart will be responsible for the shipping costs for any return or exchange, but must still use the portal for their return.
If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate.

All Bobby Jones products are protected by a one-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
If your item fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair or replace it at no charge.
If the original style is no longer available, we’ll offer a product of equal value or comparable design.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, improper care, negligence, or normal wear and tear.
Garments with interior labels removed are not eligible for warranty service.
To begin your claim:
Contact our Customer Care team with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Our team will review your claim and, if applicable, issue a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
Once approved, you’ll receive instructions for returning your item.
We strive to process warranty claims within 7–10 business days after receiving your product.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If you’d prefer, you may request an exchange or store credit instead.
