You can redeem Bobby Jones gift certificates easily online. Simply continue the checkout process as normal and on the Payment Information page, there there is a link that says "Add/Update Gift Certificate". Enter in your gift certificate number (including all leading zeros) and amount.

When a given color and size combination is out of stock but more inventory is on the way, we provide our customers the option to “backorder” the item. This basically reserves the item for you.
As soon as it becomes available we will ship your backordered item at no extra shipping cost to you. (Don’t worry, all in stock items on your order will ship right away.) And if you decide to cancel - no problem - because you aren’t charged for the backordered item until it ships.
We try our best to provide an accurate estimate for availability of backordered items at the time you place your order. (If a date was not provided then we expect to receive the item within 30 days.) In most cases you can expect delivery 7-10 business days after the “Available” date listed. Occasionally, however, that date changes due to unforeseen manufacturing or shipping delays.

CANADIAN RETURNS:
Items must be unworn and returned to us within 45 days of purchase. Unfortunately, our Returns Portal does not accept international returns.
Please return your items using the carrier of choice. Return shipping costs are paid by the purchaser and any shipping cost associated with the original order cannot be refunded. Please include a copy of your packing slip so we can identify your order. If you no longer have the packing slip, please include a note with your full name and address, order number, and the reason for return.
We ship all orders via UPS from our warehouse in Georgia. Orders are shipped within one business day from when the order is placed. Standard delivery is ground service and is expected to take 2-6 business days. Expedited (2 Day and Next Day Air) orders placed by 1:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

For expedited shipping, order by 1:00 PM EST Mon-Fri for same-day shipping (excluding holidays). All Deliveries by end of second business day. Delivery is Mon-Fri only, excluding holidays. No Saturday or Sunday delivery. Express Delivery is not an option for packages shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Bobby Jones wants you to be pleased with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase.
You may only return products that are in good condition and have not been used beyond what is necessary to ascertain the fit and feel of the garment. Please ensure products are unwashed and arrive in the original packaging with the tags attached. If the above criteria have not been met, Bobby Jones reserves the right to reject the return and any items will be shipped back.
Items purchased anywhere except bobbyjones.com must be returned to the original place of purchase.
Purchased items that were steeply discounted (40% off or higher) are considered non-returnable or non-exchangeable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

If you are returning a gift without the original packing slip, please include the name and address of the person who purchased the merchandise so we may be able to locate the original order. Purchasers will not be notified of return unless you request they receive the refund. Gift recipients will receive a non-refundable gift certificate. For returns coming from Puerto Rico or outside of the domestic US, or APO addresses, prepaid return labels are not available. Please ship items back using your carrier of choice.
At Bobby Jones, it is our policy not to give price adjustments for items purchased prior to our Seasonal Sales. It is our belief that prior to the sale, customers are able to shop our full selection of product styles and sizes to ensure they are able to get the exact items they wish to purchase. At sale time there is no guarantee that all styles and sizes will be available or on sale.
