Chest: With arms at your sides, measure around your upper body under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeve: With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back, directly below the neck, across the shoulders and elbow down to the wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length.
Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

United States United StatesLike the color and liquid stretch fabric but the sleeves (XL) are too short and the neck is about an inch too wide.
I have several of these shirts and they are very useful for layering or wearing as part of a casual sport coat outfit. Most of my shirts are of the older variety that were 100% pima cotton. The newer version has Lycra mixed in and is not as good---tighter different fit with the new ones. BJ--go back to full pima cotton!
