Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

United StatesI really enjoyed this shirt! It is comfortable, travels well, and a good fit. My only issue is the chest pocket is a little short as a pen does not sit well in the pocket.
United StatesIt is very comfortable, and still very forward looking. I wear it under by blazers on a regular basis. I wish they made it in white and yellow.
