Chest: With arms at your sides, measure around your upper body under your armpits at the fullest part of your chest.
Sleeve: With your elbow bent, measure from the middle of your back, directly below the neck, across the shoulders and elbow down to the wrist. Total inches is your sleeve length.
Waist: Bend to one side to find the natural crease of your waist. Measure at this point keeping the tape comfortably loose around your waist.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your body at the top of your leg.

United StatesI have purchased 7 pairs of shorts, all performance Optimum flex lite, the consistency of the sizing is poor. I first ordered 32" waist, they were a little tight I returned for size 33". They were much too big. Instead of being 1" wider they were at least 2" wider. I decided to order the 33" and have the tailor alter the width. Which I did on 6 pairs. The last pair I ordered same 33" were much too tight. I will be returning those. For such a quality brand the QC should be much better
